Our sitting group starts promptly @ 10:30am with a group silent meditation.
At 11:00am, we continue with a talk, centered on a specific topic of the week, which is sometimes followed by guided meditation exercise, but always offered with ample discussion time.
Please feel free to come early for the first meditation time and then the talk, or if you prefer, the talk and the following guided meditation and discussion.
