Hi athletes! Just fyi, I am continuing the Wednesday morning boot camps through November (at least). Also, I took off the prerequisite to be able to run 3 miles--not necessary. We run a bit for warm-up and to stay warm, but this can be modified with walking or another movement.
Please arrive 5 minutes early, bring your family! Kids would love this (if you can get them out of bed!). In fact, kids are free!
