Hello Friends, 

Chantal will be hosting this gathering and continuing to teach us about the science of happiness. 

Research in the field of positive psychology has revealed 10 core positive emotions that we can cultivate more often to increase our positivity ratio and raise our happiness set-point. We will learn about these emotions and share examples. Then we will brainstorm ways we can generate these feelings more often. Bring a journal and pen. I look forward to meeting new and familiar friends.
