to soothe and inspire you. Join us and see where the current takes you!

Allow yourself to be guided toward your own
well being.

In this workshop, we will be learning how to deal with the momentum of negative behaviours and patterns as well as how to encourage a positive flow.

How do you change a persistent pattern of behaviour? What is the easiest way to turn things around? How do you get the energy flowing again? How long does it take to get out of a rut? What does it feel like when you're moving in the right direction? How can you get your dreams rolling?

Join us as we learn to redirect our flow. RSVP today!

Peter, You have excellent ideas and you express them very well. The one I liked the most was the analogy of the pool to explain momemtum. Chantal, Thank you for having us in your beautiful house.

    Hi Joseph,
I can pick you up along with Peter at the 211 bus stop at the Dorval station at 7- 7:15. If not, then the walk would be long from Lakeshore...would not recommend it.

Besides, Google says Apple Hill Road is in Winnipeg.
No plans to go that far for a meetup.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
