This is a recovery ride for yesterdays ride, will only ride 10 -15 miles @ beginner to intermediate pace.
Distance: Plan on riding around 10+ miles, we'll ride until 9:30 then meet up with the second ride.
Speed: We'll try and keep a minimal speed of 10 mph, but will try an average 15 mph. Ride time will take at least 1 - 2 hours, depending on speed. But we'll ride as a group, so mostly like it will be the groups speed we will be riding at.
Gear: Bring water (Recommend 2 liters) and a helmet, and, not necessary but you can bring a protein bar or something of the sort.
Breaks: We'll take break every so miles, or when needed.
