Age of Sail - Brit v French 1800's at Steve's

The Republic of France has directed the admiral of Toulon to sortie out of the base and engage the British blockade.  Can the Republic's fleet crush the Anglo-Spanish fleet?

We will be using 1/900 scale ships.  The number of ships and types will be scaled depending on the interest.  If this sound familar, you are right.  This game was originally scheduled for January and was subsequently postponed because of weather.

The rules can be found at

Sincerely,
Steve R.

This week is already turning into a "challenge" at work and it's going to last into the weekend. A long drive to NOVA for a game on Friday doesn't seem to be in the cards--working late Friday and then early Saturday.

I'm not working the following Saturday morning, and the weather shouldn't involve ice & snow, so I intend to make this Age of Sail game.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
