Join us every Tuesday for this innovative movement experience as we explore Classic Pilates concepts such as core control, precision, and fluidity of movement.
We will then move forward to incorporate current sports/dance medicine research and lessons from other mind/body modalities such as Yoga, Tai Chi and imagery.
Prepare to be enlightened, inspired, and challenged as you begin your journey to total mind/body well - being!
This class is designed for the absolute beginner and is exceptionally appropriate for dance and vocal artists.
