Owning and riding British bikes is what this group is all about. Please tell us about what you ride...

An original and unrestored 1970 BSA Lightning.

Are there other motorcycles in your life? Tell us more...

I have a BMW R860r which is my daily ride and an '87 BMW K75s

How long have you been riding?

More decades than I care to admit to or is polite for someone to ask. I've had my m/c license since I was 16,

Where do you live and what do you do?

I live in Brooklyn (Carroll Gardens). I work in IT for a top-tier investment bank.

Got any other interests or hobbies that define your life?

Photography, international travel. I like to tinker with things mechanical and owning a classic British bike offers plenty of opportunities to do that.

My first British bike was a Triumph Speed Twin that a shared with my brothers when I was 10. Since then have owned Triumph, Matchless, Norton and BSA. I slow down on straights to enjoy the scenery and speed up (a lot) on corners.
