Subject: [Nashville-Outdoor-Adventures-Club] FYI...

The Dream Factory is a non-profit volunteer organization granting dreams to children with critical or chronic illnesses who are 3 through 18 years of age. We are starting a chapter in the Middle Tennessee area to put smiles on the faces of local critically and chronically ill children! Join us in making a difference!

I became interested in starting a Dream Factory chapter in this area when I found out that this wonderful national organization is almost all volunteers!  There are only 4 paid positions in the entire nonprofit, and those are at the national headquarters.  The money you raise as a chapter stays with your chapter to grant dreams of LOCAL children - we will grant dreams in a 50 mile radius of Nashville.

Plus, Dream Factory is the only dream granting organization (that I know of) that also addresses the dreams of chronically ill children.

Our website is:  http://www.dreamfactorymtn.com/

To take a look at our national headquarters website, go to http://dreamfactoryinc.org/

We will be depending on a great network of volunteers.  Are you interested in becoming one?  Join this meetup today, and you will be invited to our organizational meeting.  Volunteer opportunities include fundraising, special events, public relations, information technology, community relations, corporate sponsorships and dream screening/selection.  We would love to have you join us!

We will be depending on donations and fundraisers to grant dreams!  Are you a business or civic group or club who would like to help out?  Write today!

Are you a parent, physician or an ill child who would be interested in finding out more about having a dream granted?  We would like to hear from you!

Thank you all for your interest in the Dream Factory of Middle Tennessee and I look forward to us getting it together and begin making dreams come true.
