Hey Kevin-
That is one of the briskts I made last summer. Sadly, I don't compete(I have in the past, when I ran a BBQ restaurant, but don't anymore). I did smoke a pig over the weekend on my Chargriller(31lbs...10 hours) and it was amazing..
I'd love to talk to you, see if you have any advice, and swap stories..
