Everyone,
Kevin
has been nice enough to allow me to invite you to an event one of my client's is
putting on this February. 66 Main, a new loft-style, luxury apartment building
on the Yonkers Waterfront is having a Pre-Valentine's Day Open House on February
12th from 6-9PM. They are showing off the new building and are throwing a bash
complete with great food, a vodka tasting and a chance to network and socialize
with like-minded professionals. While apartment tours are available, and the
apartments are aimed at live/work tenants, it really is just a nice event along
the ever-improving Yonkers Waterfront and Yonkers' famous Restaurant Row.
Personally, I have found myself priced out of most areas in NYC and Yonkers is
becoming an ever-more attractive alternative. If you might be interested in
attending, either to check out the building or to just enjoy the festivities and
