Booty, Belly, Barre Workout

Join us on a weekly basis for an exciting workout at Kadanse called:


This class is a 45 minute, non-cardio, floor-based workout to sculpt ballerina legs and a strong core without pressure on your joints.  Get ready for a real dancers' workout just in time for summer!

All are welcome.  No prior experience required.

Each class is $10 on a drop-in basis.  Contact Kelley with questions...please let us know if you are interested in our dance fitness passes.
