Join us on a weekly basis for an exciting workout at Kadanse called:
BOOTY, BELLY, BARRE
This class is a 45 minute, non-cardio, floor-based workout to sculpt ballerina legs and a strong core without pressure on your joints. Get ready for a real dancers' workout just in time for summer!
All are welcome. No prior experience required.
