Hello to All! Welcome to the Center for Spiritual Enlightenment! We have heard from you that want a place to come and learn and share with others in a more deeply spiritual and meaningful way. Though there is a category on Meetup for "Spiritualism", this is a more specific category than the general "Spirituality". With this meetup group, our main discussion group** that gathers periodically will be centered around various topics of true Spiritualism and is always at no charge. We'll start off each meetup with one topic as a focus point and then continue sharing insights and experiences in our discussion group. Some of the concepts we'll discuss are the afterlife, divine energy in nature, existence of soul, and meditation. There are so many fascinating aspects for us to explore that we know every gathering will be stimulating and inspiring! We also want to hear from each of you - so let us know what subjects are on your mind! In addition, we have many classes and events going on through the year where like-minded people gather for Spiritual Book Discussions, psychic development, concerts and dance performances, energy healing, devotional services and singing and much more. Spiritualism is based on all the Natural Laws, and the more popularly known one is the Law of Attraction. We have many discussions based on understanding reality and manifestation, but that is only the beginning.. The pastor of our Center is the Reverend B. Anne Gehman. She is recognized worldwide as a psychometrist, clairvoyant and clairaudient. She participated in the world renowned experiments of Dr. Gary Shwartz at the Univ. of Arizona which were the subject of his book, "The Afterlife Experiments." Rev. Gehman has an NSAC National Spiritualist Teacher (NST) Degree, she is a Certified Medium, a Commissioned Healer and she served on the NSAC board of trustees. She presently serves on the Board of the Morris Pratt Institute. She was elected to the International Congress of Parapsychologists and Paraphysics in Prague, Czechoslovakia. In addition to being mentioned in many books, the story of her and her husband's life has been told in a book recently published by HayHouse Publishers, "The Priest and the Medium", by Suzanne Giesemann.
