Our Friends at the Edgebrook Historical Society are having For What It?s Worth ? Appraisals like the Antique Road Show. So dust off those old ?TREASURES? , bring them in and Karl Gates will tell you what they are worth.

Karl Gates, a licensed appraiser with 30 plus years of experience, will discuss what attributes one should look for in an item to determine its worth as an antique and give a brief lecture on the general history of antiques and collectibles.

Audience members may bring two items for appraisal at the end of the lecture. Cost for the appraisal is $5.00 for each item. Items should be at least 50 years old, no stamps or coins but pictures of furniture are accepted.

An ice cream sundae bar, compliments of Ron Mondel, owner of the Edgebrook Chocolate shoppe will be served.
