Bloody Basin-Great Western Trail-Dugas Ranch

Only RSVP your Vehicle, all passagers are welcome.

This is Rated 2.5 due to 10" rocky area about 10 feet long Downhill, pick your line. Stock Jeeps, 4x4, pickups 4x4 are ok.

Bloody Basin is rich in heritage. It is the site of General George Crook Tonto Basin Campaign. On 27 March 1873 twenty-six indians were killed at Turret Mountain. We can see the mountain from the road. To lean more about the area go to:

The Great Western Trail runs from Mexico to Canada. We will take the part known as Bloody Basin-Dugas. To learn more go to:

    The Weather for DUGUS, AZ is 90 Degrees with 30% chance of T-Storms. If we hit a T-Storm we cound have some MUD O' what fun we can have LOL. Sycamore Creek could be high and we will have to turn around, but I don't think this will be problem. I would recommend that you air down as the Bloody Basin road is Wash Board. THIS IS A RUN YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS.
