Introduction
My name is Krishnamurthy Subramanian and I have been a follower of the IBD system for about four years now and have had some moderate success using the system. Key is being disciplined with the 8% sell rule which I have found tough to implement.

Welcome Krish; I too have been trying to practice the IBD disipline about 4 years now. Like you, I have trouble with the 8% sell rule and have had to use "stop loss exits" to force me out at 8%
