Now that winter is here we are going to move Sunday morning runs to a 7:00 a.m. start time until further notice, probably up until the start of Spring. The lake is 2.5 miles loop OR you can pick up Cady way at about a mile on the loop. Cady way has water fountains every mile and a half or so. Make sure to bring water and hydrate! Please indicate in your comment your planned mileage, pace, and if you plan on taking the Cady way extension. Try to be a few minutes early if possible. Often times we will have bagels or smoothies afterward.
