Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the nation. This mini-tennis game is a combination of Ping-Pong, tennis and badminton, played with wood & graphite paddles and unique plastic balls.
It is easy to learn, provides plenty of exercise, and is played on a court smaller than a tennis court. A competitive game for experienced players.
You don't have to be strong, don't have to be quick, don't have to be athletic or good at other sports. You don't need a powerful stroke because this game is not about power but of shot placement & accuracy.
The game got its name from the inventor’s family dog, Pickles, who would chase after the errant balls off the court and then hide them in the bushes.
