What is your level on guitar?

Veteran ;) I am getting close to 30 years of practice.

What style do you prefer?

It depends ; what I like in the guitar is that it is very versatile. I sometimes like to listen to soft, accoustic Jazz guitar and sometimes to Jimi Hendrix or Stevie Ray Vaughan!

Tell us a little about your influences and favourite musicians.

My favorite musician is probably Django Reinhardt, and it should be every guitarist's choice ! After that, there are guys like George Benson who can still impress me... I love Wes Montgomery, Joe Pass and many others. In a more electric style, I love Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix. But I also like not-so-famous guitarists (and who are still alive)... like Wayne Krantz for instance !

I am a computer guy who sometimes thinks he should have been a musician... and now that I am past 40, I am trying to palliate to that decision ! I started playing the piano at the age of 6 and the guitar at 13.
