About The Pasadena English Bulldog Meetup Group

This meetup was started to give those of us in the San Gabriel Valley area a more local meeting place for our dogs. We encourage anyone who is interested in the breed to stop by a meetup and interact with our dogs, ask questions and learn as much as you can ahead of time. Bulldogs, besides being known as headstrong and loyal, also come with a variety of health issues so we encourage anyone thinking about owning one of these guys to do some homework. What better way than to ask actual owners?
For those of us that already have our bullies, it's nice to have a safe, enclosed place for them to play together. It's interesting how they seem to identify with each other and play together. It's also nice for us owners to have a network of people we can get to know and trust over time that know our breed and all the love and attention they require. I envision people getting to know each other to the point where they may watch each other's dogs while away on vacation etc. I have started doing that with a few other bulldog owners and it is very helpful.
