From Power Struggle to Cooperation - Moving Towards Agreements that Work For the Whole Family

In this 8 week exploration, we will look at seeing clearly beyond the surface at what motivates all of our actions and learn e mpathy skills to increase the quality of connection with the young people in our lives.

About the Facilitator
Mali Parke, CPC is a Certified Professional Coach who works with individuals, families and teams who are looking to live life from a fuller, more joyful and empowered presence as well as increase collaboration and parternships in their relationships.
Mali trained in Nonviolent Communication while being on her own relationship and parenting journey. In her quest to relate to her children and adults in her life with trust, compassion and authenticity, she uncovered a whole world free of old and habitual ways of relating to one another, and where cooperation and joy in contributing to each other's life is flowing naturally.
Mali has trained extensively in Nonviolent Communication and other practices such as Conscious Discipline, Positive Discipline, Mindulness, Unconditional and Attachment Parenting and more. She is a graduate of the Parent Peer Leadership Program and a current participant in the year-long Leadership Program by BayNVC. She is excited at sharing back with parents, educators, couples and singles the possibilities of relating in full-heart connection and achieving deeply satisfying and empowered lives.
