FIVE in 50

Let's ride through or around 5 Pierce County "rural" towns. Start in Sumner, bicycling through Orting, through Prarie Ridge, around Buckley, around Bonney-Lake, and back into Sumner.
There is one good climb and one exhilerating decline - even though, a half-century is still a half-century.

Al, I am looking forward to the mountain ride. I think! Lol. Climbing huh. I will try and be prepared.

Al, thanks for the 50 mile loop but I believe your count of the hills is incorrect, Lol. I won't soon forget the 3 rolling hills, not to mention the couple of hills I think you are referring to, plus a few more. Thank you for adding the downhill back into the valley. You and Scott are the best!

I really enjoy this ride. It is a nice 50 mile loop with a couple of climbs, but the downhill back into the valley is very exhilerating.
It would have even been better if it hadn't rained on us the last 10 miles.
Patrice did great and Scott and I managed to get in lots of visiting and shared historical tidbits.

This will be the last training ride on the plateau or in the valley before we head into the mountains for some climbing and distance :)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
