Philly Materials Science and Engineering Day provides the public a chance to participate in hands-on science and engineering activities that explore some of the stuff the world is made of and to learn about how materials impact us every day. You will be introduced public to materials that are Wilder, Colder, Faster, and Safer than ever, all featured materials in the NOVA Making Stuff series.
The entrance to Philly Materials Science and Engineering Day is on Market St., between 31st St and JFK Blvd. See image below. Paid parking available in area and walking distance from septa stations.
Bring friends and family along. Very kid friendly.
Not a traditional meetup. Please enjoy on your own but do use the event message threads to sync up with other attendees.
