Its going to be a zoo tonight at the FI, so here are some options to maximize probability of meeting as a group.

I will be couple of blocks away at Cherry St. Tavern (corner of 22nd & Cherry St) between 5:45 & 6:15. Wearing blue shirt and will have meetup sign on bar counter.

Will head out 6:15 sharp towards Franklin. Will stand just past where ever they check for tickets. Will have meetup sign. If there are multiple check points, try to check the other entrances as well. Will stand there until the activities begin.

Once the activities start, I will be one with the crowd and not holding a meetup sign anymore. If you have a smartphone, you can try messaging via meetup app. Better yet, join the FaceBook event below and use FB messenger/comments to check for whereabouts. More reliable than than the meetup app on an iphone.

Last years kickoff party at NextFAB was awesome. This year its gonna be better and more interactive.

It is a huge place, so going to be difficult finding people unless we meet first and sync up in the main hall. If you are one of the regulars for our events, it should not be a problem recognizing our group.

If you have a smart phone, you can message via the FB event link as well so we can all try to post which section and activity we are at the moment.

Crowded but fun. Especially if you have not been to the franklin before it was a good refresher for what the museum is about.

My smartphone often has trouble displaying the full event descriptions. I can see now that I'm at a computer.

I need more information than I see here, such as the program and the cost.

    March 22, 2014

    • Girish

Hmm. The cost is in the event description. And you can click on the link for description. Its vague because the Franklin does not want to give away too much details on the party planned.
