Hold on "plumbers patches" issue

From: Lynn L.

We are in the midst of the restoration of Jessup Street, which has proven somewhat challenging for the Streets Department, the budget, and perhaps their patience, as well.  Therefore, we have decided to wait to launch our campaign to end "plumber patches" until Jessup Street is completed, which will probably be by the end of October.  Stay tuned.
