As we're surrounded by agri-business, it is great to see that efforts are being made across the world to try and preserve the biodiversity that has been handed to us by farmers doing their own testing and growing over thousands of years.

Even if you don't buy organic, try to buy from a local farmer who uses non-GMO seeds.

You can also join local groups if you want to be more involved. There is a GMO free PA group. For more information and to join please drop an email to righttoknowpa@gmail.com. There is also a GMO free NJ group, to which I belong, and we usually meet once a month in Collingswood. If you want more information on that group, just let me know. Or check out this https://www.facebook.com/events/194592180716671/?ref=2. That will be our next meeting. Come out and join us.
