Please, read the following questions and feel free about answering them or skipping them.

What is your main interest about knowing things?

I don’t have an interest in knowing but seek to relieve my discomfort from not knowing. I'm therefore constantly driven to uncover the how and maybe the why about this world to somehow feel I’m achieving a purpose

Would you prefer to email me confidentially about any ideas for discussion so I can ask those questions without others knowing about you?

I have no issues with revealing my opinions here

What is your understanding about philosophy in general? Please, provide an explanation of what it means to you, no need to look it up in the dictionary, understanding is personal and what you think is very valuable.

My study in psychology has given me some historical insight into the famous philosophical positions held by past thinkers. As an example I find that the Monism vs. Dualism debate provided a framework for humans to explain both normal and abnormal human behaviour. I think philosophy is a higher level domain of knowledge that provides a framework for thinking about life and how to view the world.

Is there anything that you would prefer not to discuss in public because of your principles, religion or simply not feeling like talking in public?

I'm interested in all perspectives and philosophies regardless of their source. I’m happy to discuss any topic in public if I know enough to have an opinion.

I have and continue to enjoy any opportunity to engage in the deep conceptual thinking and freedom that philosophical reading and discussions provide. i'm currently an Electrical Engineer also studying psychology part time.
