Released theatrically in 1986, this is one of the many films from the 80's that never got beyond VHS (released VHS 1989).  I saw a couple old listings for VHS online, but they are sold out... and were PAL copies anyway.

The production company and distribution company of record are out of business.  The only hope would be tracking down Richard Bennett (92 years young) and seeing if he or his estate knows what's up with it.  Its probably buried in a vault somewhere.
