This is a group for anyone living in the Phoenix-Metro and surrounding areas who has an interest in ancestral health, natural healing, traditional foods, and the paleo/primal diet lifestyle. This way of eating focuses on fresh, real, unprocessed or minimally processed, high quality whole foods that humans have been eating for millennia, including fresh vegetables and fruits, meat, poultry, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, and herbs, with an emphasis on small-scale, organic, artisanal, pasture-raised and grassfed ingredients. This way of living also includes moving and exercising in ways that fit our genetic programming, getting enough fresh air, sunlight, and sleep, drinking pure water, reducing stress, and making time to play!
