Greetings and welcome to our home page! With 24 years of experience in martial arts and eastern healing studies, I improve people’s lives through tai chi, yoga, and meditation. I was motivated to start this group because most people are not yet aware of how powerful tai chi is for improving health, relationships, and the achievements of life goals. The purpose of this group is to share with the public the wisdom that I have learned through this ancient healing art as well as learn new things through building a supportive community of likeminded friends. If you are new or advanced in your Tai Chi, you will find this group to be a valuable asset to your personal growth. We will explore Tai Chi's physical applications for improving your health and self defense. Also, we will explore tai chi philosophy, designed for you to harmonize with life’s challenges and succeed in achieving your goals naturally.
