Interested in sharing with and learning from local photographers.

What type of camera do you have?

I have a pair of Canon 30D bodies and some decent glass, 2 Canon hot shoe flashes, a pair of Vivitar 285s with small umbrellas and stands, and a basic Bowens monolight studio kit with a battery pack.

What rich is saying about this Meetup Group

There are many other 'group shoot' type meetups that offer little in the way of instruction and the over-all quality of work seems mediocre when compared to this one. I am very impressed with the work of this group's organizers and believe it will help me improve my technique and skills. Not to mention, this is the first group (that I am aware of) that addresses both shooting AND post-production. Hopefully, while I continue to improve my own skills, I can also contribute my knowledge and experience to others.
