We will be juicing, fasting & meditating.

No Meat

No Dairy

No Starch


We will stay focus on what we will eat. If you have a live food recipes please post it.


We can look good on the outside.

    Common Detox Symptoms

    •Cravings - You will most likely crave the most toxic foods for your body. Everybody is different. It's similar to a smoker trying to quit smoking or an alcoholic trying to stop drinking. That's all your body wants both physically and mentally. It's the same with food!

    •Fatigue - When your body is fighting the toxins, all your energy goes into healing. This can leave you feeling exhausted.

    •Irritability - This is mostly mental. You're not hungry, but may be used to eating something out of boredom. This causes stress and irritability.

    Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead..........Reboot Green Juice Recipe!!!! 6 Kale Leaves
    1 Cucumber
    4 Celery Stalks
    2 Green apples
    1/2 Lemon
    1 Piece of ginger (about the size of your thumb)

    Please share through out the fast how you are doing, what you are eating, and how you are feeling. Post your live food and juice recipes as well. I had 16oz of clay water and 16oz of plain water. Getting ready to have my fruit smoothie. Around 1pm I will have my Reboot Green Juice. Don't forget to check the discussion/message board for other recipes. Also go back to March, 3 day fast and you will find a variety of recipes as well. Remember stay focus.

    I try to drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water daily. I can't tell you how much, than you will know my weight. LOL Also I take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of water every morning and evening. I suggest to Google the benefits of apple cider vinegar. The brewed herb teas I drink are included in the water intake.

    Orange, Avacado, Spinach Salad
    This salad recipe kind of sounded like an odd combination when I first tried it, but the flavors actually mesh pretty well together. The sweetness from the orange goes nicely with the tangyness of the lime and creaminess of the avocado.
    •1 orange
    •1 Tbsp olive oil
    •1 Tbsp lime juice
    •Dash of sea salt
    •2 cups baby spinach
    •1 avocado, sliced
    •Black pepper
    1.Section the orange and use a knife to cut off the skin from the sections. Try to drizzle any remaining juice into a small bowl.
    2.In the small bowl containing the orange juice, whisk together the remaining juice, olive oil, lime juice, and sea salt.
    3.In a serving bowl, add spinach and sliced avocado. Pour dressing over top and gently toss. Sprinkle with black pepper. (Don't forget to check the discussions / message boards.)

    3 broccoli flowers
    1 kiwi
    1 bunch of grapes

    C) Juicy Rush 1 lemon
    1 orange (peeled)
    1 large spear of pineapple
    3 wedge of watermelon (rind removed)

    D) Post Workout Power Punch 1 lemon
    1 orange (peeled)
    1 pear
    1 apple
    5 large broccoli florets

    1 lemon
    1 wedge of pineapple

    B) Vegetable Juice Potluck 1 tomato
    2 celery stalks
    2 large carrots
    5 large broccoli florets
    ½ cucumber C) Fruit Juice Surprise 1 bunch of grapes
    1 apple
    1 orange (peeled)
    1/4 cantaloupe (rind removed)

    D) Wheatgrass Energy Drink 1 handful of wheatgrass
    1 handful of spinach
    1 spear of pineapple

    E) Booster Shot 2 oranges (peeled)
    1 lemon
    1” piece of ginger

    F) Red Zinger 1 beet (peeled)
    2 limes
    1” inch piece of ginger

    Yellow Sunrise Sorbet Smoothie (low-fat, raw vegan) Recipe ■8 Yellow or purple passion fruit
    ■4 frozen bananas (or fresh – but if you want the sorbet feel, frozen is best)
    ■1 knob of turmeric (I add quite a lot and it tastes amazing with the lilikoi)
    ■2 dates Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. You can crack open another lilikoi for a nice aesthetic topping, but it’s not necessary.
