This meeting is about learning simple tools to heal yourself on all levels; creating more balance in your life. Healing literally means to make hale, sound or whole (based on the meaning of heal from the Webster’s Revised Unabridged Dictionary 1913). Since every human being has an innate ability to heal themselves, we will focus on developing abilities for self-healing. It is also about discovering yourself on a deeper level; it is about understanding your life. Self discovery is a natural process and most people experience a point in their life where they start to ask: "Who am I really?". Since every human being has an innate ability to sense energy, self discovery is accessible to anyone who dares to ask.
We will use energetic healing methods, creative healing methods, sound healing methods, shamanic healing methods, and utilize simple tools from nature to foster self-healing. Applying these self-healing methods does not mean to abandon current medical methods – it means taking care of yourself to the degree you can in combination with other methods you believe in. We will also use appropriate intuitive self discovery methods to discover the self of the group of the evening as well as the individual self. Applying these tools will help us to dig deeper into who we really are and our purpose. This meeting will guide you to new ways to heal, feel, and discover yourself.

In 2008, Dr. Marike Vuga became aware of her innate healing abilities when she healed her 2 year-old daughter after her daughter’s finger was caught in a car door. After the injury Dr. Vuga held her daughter in her arms and invoked a swirling energy within the core of her being, which performed the healing. Being unaware of what had happened at the time, Dr. Vuga took her daughter to the hospital where they did not find any injury and her daughter’s finger looked normal within about an hour of the incidence (all swelling and red/blue coloring had disappeared). This started Dr. Vuga’s search for understanding healing in a completely new and expanded way. Dr. Vuga began to meditate and found new and surprisingly simple ways to make herself whole. She also studied healing methods from around the world, including energy healing, shamanism, huna, and nature. Dr. Vuga is interested in sharing her own self-healing discoveries, so other people can benefit and heal themselves.
