The Point Pleasant Therapeutic Yoga Fitness Group

Yoga for all levels! Beginners or advanced are welcomed to our group. We meet at Therapeutic Fitness and we are the best therapeutic yoga in the area! Our instructors are caring and passionate. They design each 60 session to deliver a whole body and mind experience, so when you step off the mat, you are prepared to take on anything that life delivers! Join us! We have mats that you can borrow.
