CIRCUIT BOOT CAMP. Reach your weight loss and fitness goals. Meet up and be guided and motivated by a certified Person Trainer. Work through an array of different training methods to reach your goals much much faster. You will work on resistance, strength, cardio, core, and flexibility training for a maximum workout and quick results. This class is fit for ALL LEVELS.
