Visit Wetnose to spend time with homeless animals

We will be visiting Wetnose (http://www.wetnose.org.za/) to spend some time with homeless animals. Have a look at their wishlist for items that you can bring.  They also need office supplies and we all can feel winter approaching which meanse blankets, blankets and blankets.  PEP stores sell a good quality blanket for R49 (dark grey blanket).  Also, wet food and puppy/kitten food is always needed.

They do allow you to walk the dogs, but it is up to each person to decide with which animals they want to interact with. Walking the dogs isn't done under supervision so it would require you to be confident with walking dogs. There are also cats and some farm animals that you can bring carrots to feed (the farm animals, not the cats)

The shelter is no longer open on sundays and unfortunately I can't visit saturdays on a regular basis. Is there anyone that would be willing to take over this event, on saturdays?

I changed the date to the saturday. Sunday the 27th is a public holiday and they are not open on public holidays.
