Experience Mind-body unity, and the pleasure of your body.
Insure that your Nervous, Immune and Hormonal systems are strong.
What will the meeting be like?
We will meet for an hour and a half.
I will discuss the background and development of this work.
We will do experiential work to enhance body awareness- to learn to sense and perceive ourselves more clearly and each other.
How will you benefit from coming to this meet up?

- to know yourself by listening to your inner sensations.
- to become aware of yourself and enhance the quality of your contact with others
- to move easily and effortlessly.
- to be fully present and establish clear boundaries.
- to become aware of what you are doing, so you can move in a coordinated way.
Participants are fully clothed and should wear comfortable clothing.
