Linda Pearson also brought Romaine Tacos- Sour cream - 2 cups cashews soaked for an hour or more, 1 C water, 1/2 C olive oil, 1/3 C lemon juice, 1 1/2 t sea salt. Blend until smooth. Taco "Meat" - 2 C walnuts, 2 C sunflower seeds, 1/2 C olive oil, 1/2 t garlic granules, 1 1/2 t chili powder, 2 T cumin, 1 T coriander, 1 T Braggs liquid aminos, 1 t sea salt, 1 green onion, 1 t Nama shoyu. Soak nuts and seeds for at least 1 hr. Drain, pulse chop to ground beef texture, stir in all the seasonings
The stuff on the cucumbers was a macadamia curry pate.
2 cups macadamia nuts, 1 clove garlic, 1 finger size fresh ginger, 1 tsp curry powder, 1/2 lemon juiced, 1 tsp celtic sea salt, 1 tsp dried cilantro, 1/4 tsp caraway seed, 1/2 cup water. Place all ingredients in food processor and process to desired consistency
