We are starting a weekly mindfulness group as our 2014 activity following the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn and others. Each week, we will meditate and practice mindfulness as a group. The benefits of this commitment to group practice are many. Handle all life circumstances more effectively regardless of what they are and heal what needs healing.
We will meet for 1 hour each week, meditate for a time and then have a short discuss to follow. If you come in late, please enter quietly and join us for this inspiring hour.
