Introduction
I moved here from Long Beach, CA in July 2007 and absolutely LOVE this city! I live the raw/living foods lifestyle and absolutely love it. I am going to be starting some classes on "going raw" in the city so stay tuned! E-mail me for more info ;)
Why Raw Food?
Wow--it's fun, loving, delicious, sensual, beautiful, beautifying, transformative, high-vibrational, sustainable, healing, intuitive, magical and the best food ever! Did I mention cacao and goji berries?

I have more energy, I think more clearly, I'm off all meds, I have higher self-esteem, I have a clearer complexion, I am more spiritually fit, I been able to help others on their journey to health.
What are your favorite sports? In which sport activities do you participate?
I love riding my bike, jogging around the my neighborhood, yoga, and going to the gym.
