Next Lansdowne Debate!
We want to explore the changing nature and perception of the family unit?!
Are the days of a husband and wife with 2.4 children simply gone?! Should we all just embrace the new nature of things? Does it matter if a child is brought up with two Mums for example?! Does it matter if one has umpteen step or half brothers and sisters?!
Or, should we be desperately fighting to protect the traditional idea of a family unit? How should we do this? Should the state and tax system continue to play a leading part?!
Or are we just on continual, and impossible to reverse cycle as we all become increasingly liberal, and in a way free from the old (some might say) constricting definitions of what we should or shouldn't feel or do?!
Start the debating/arguing - right now!
Start the debate here on the online forum, before the big day!
If you can't make the actual event, then you can still have a rant online!
