Forget business as "usual". This club is for real estate investors who want more out of a club than just passing out business cards with the hope that they connect with the right person or service.
This is NOT a lead generation club or one of those business development-type networking meet-ups where you give a 1-2 minute sales pitch of your business followed by a lecture with training material for sale or back of the room products to promote. So if you are a Multi-level marketer, biz dev type, account rep or sales person, this club will not be a great fit for you.
This club is about meeting people who can help you build a real estate business. Some members will have money to invest and some will have projects looking for investors. In this club, you will be able to create or join an investment group with other members. The purpose of investments groups is for like-minded members to freely share their investment ideals and offer advice on how to evaluate real estate deals for the best possible cash flow, profit margin and/or return on investment (ROI).
Our club aims to develop new ideas and solutions to the ever changing marketplace and then put them into practice for buying and selling real estate. We focus a lot on all types of deal structuring on land, single family, multi-family, rehabs and other property types. We promote the ideal of partnerships to acquire assets when buying alone is not an available option.
Our club meets weekly for regular meetings and once a month for our Open Forum. Members are encouraged to present topics and solutions to the group during our Open Forums and discuss current real estate issues and offer suggestions and advice to other real estate investors seeking assistance. We invite industry professionals to speak at our open forums and we promote a simple motto “one must create a mutually beneficial relationship with others in the industry to grow and expand”.
This club is not always about business. We occasionally meet socially for fun networking activities to foster deeper connections with one another. We support the ideal of the payment of dues to enhance our standing in the community by contributing our time and money and industry insight to charitable organizations.
