The Real Sista Circle is an ethnic social meetup group built to help sponsor and encourage fruitful, supportive, and FUN friendships among women. Our group was made for that businesswoman who needs a break from her career, for that wife or girlfriend who needs an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on, for that mother who just needs some well-deserved "Me-time", for that diva who feels she has lost all of her fashion sense....this group is for ANY woman who wants to build lasting friendships among a team of Sistas! We are primarily geared for women ages 25-35yrs, however, all are welcome.

Membership dues are $12.00/annually and are collected via WePay after a 30 day trial. Dues are non-transferable & non-refundable. Dues are used to help keep our site running and also to help offset costs of deposits, fees, etc. associated with some of our meetups. Failure to remit dues within 30 days of "invoicing date" will result in removal from the group. A lot of time & preparation goes into ensuring that our meetups are a success. Therefore, our "No Call/No Show" policies are in strict effect. Attendance will be taken at every meetup event. Members who RSVP "Yes" to a meetup event and fail to show up (no-call, no-show) will be immediately removed from the group after the 3rd occurrence. Please use your best judgment before RSVP'ing to an event. If you are unsure, it is okay to wait while you check schedules, book a sitter, put money aside, etc. However, if you can not make it to an event that you have RSVP'd to, please simply update your status accordingly at least 4 hours prior to the starting time of that event to avoid being marked as a "No-Call/No-Show". Exemptions to this rule are at the discretion of the Organizing Team and will be made on a case-by-case basis only in extreme circumstances.<br> <br> •The Meetup Calendar will be OPEN to suggested meetups, with the full understanding that, if you (as a member) suggest a meetup, then you (as a member) are electing yourself to serve as the Hostess & Coordinator of that meetup. It would be your responsibility to attend the meetup, answer any questions before/after the meetup, handle any fees associated with the meetup, take group attendance at the meetup, etc. Your Organizer & Co-Organizers will do all that we can to assist, should you need help, however, ultimately, the Event Host (you) would be responsible for the coordination to ensure a smooth success. Should you merely want to "spread the word" about an upcoming event of interest and are unsure of your own attendance or simply not want to serve as the Event Host, please share the event on our DISCUSSION BOARD rather than making it an actual meetup. Our Discussion Board is used as a method of communication among our group. Please check for updates & postings frequently. The discussion board is open to ALL members of our group. Need a hairstylist suggestion? Place it on the Discussion Board. Need a sitter for a date night? Place it on the Discussion Board. Want to Step out on the town for a last minute bowling night? Place it on the Discussion Board. Have a job lead? Place it on the Discussion Board. Have a prayer request? Place it on the Discussion Board.---See, the possibilities are endless!<br> <br> •For safety & security purposes, "In-Home" meetups (events hosted at someone's home or private location) will be CLOSED to first-time members (those who have not yet attended a prior meetup with our group) unless otherwise noted. It is at the hostess' discretion as to whether she will permit First-Timers to attend her in-home meetup. Please do not RSVP for a closed "In-Home" meetup if you are a First Timer and have not yet gotten approval from the Event Hostess.<br> <br> •The Sista Circle is a SOLICITATION-FREE zone!! Solicitation of products, services, etc. is NOT permitted, whatsoever. Should any member be contacted via phone, email, or in-person with a solicitation request, please let your Organizer (Jessica Brice) know promptly. Members who solicit or contact other members without their request will be immediately removed & banned from the group. This is a STRICT policy! Our members do NOT wish to feel bombarded, overwhelmed, or caught off-guard from random solicitations of any kind including: insurance sales, weight loss products, financial programs, etc. Should any member have a service or product that they provide and wish to share, please feel free to showcase at one of our quarterly S.H.E. (Side Hustle Entrepreneurs) meetups. Soliciting to group members outside of S.H.E. events is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the group. ~Welcome to: The Real Sista Circle~
