Do you have any old and worn out habits of non-useful, even destructive, thoughts, emotions, attitudes and behaviors that you just can't get rid of? Are you ready to enjoy a richer, more balanced and fun! life? This class might be just the answer.
In this six week series, we'll explore the whats, whys and hows of meditation as experienced through the lens of positive psychology.
We’ll explore meditation teachings and practices, coupled with the research and findings of positive psychology that help us become more easeful, peaceful, less distracted, and more emotionally positive and creative. By so doing, we will learn to see patterns of non-useful behavior and understand how to make lasting changes. You'll get optional homework assignments that are fun and thought provoking, that help eliminate old habits and establish new rituals that result in lasting, positive change.
The classes provide the opportunity to learn and practice meditation in a supportive setting. Regular practice with a consistent group will allow the practitioner a solid entry point to developing a personal home practice.
All levels welcome!

Each class is $10 per session. Please contact Molly through the site for further information on paying for the whole series at one time, or any other questions.
