May's Reno WordPress Meet-Up At the Reno Collective

At our May meeting, Jonathan Denwood will take a look at membership plugins for WordPress sites. And by popular demand, Mike Fitzpatrick will share more Google Analytics tips small businesses can use to optimize their WordPress sites. As usual, the first part of our meeting (6 to 6:40 p.m.) will offer a session for WordPress beginners taught by Jonathan Denwood.  Concurrently, WordPress expert Dylan Kuhn will man a help desk for those of you who need help with a specific WordPress problem.  The featured presentations on membership plugins and Google Analytics will follow, with the meeting ending at about 8 p.m.

This MeetUp group is about all things WordPress, and is aimed at WordPress users, web designers and developers of all levels, so pass the word!  Membership is free, and members are encouraged to use this forum to make suggestions about meeting topics and activities.

Any, that is really good! Where do you teach and meet people?

      May 9, 2014

    • Amy

Bill. I do not teach. I merely offer my basic experience with WordPress on a one-one basis. Meeting is best made on an agreeable location, preferably Starbucks or wifi ready venue.

It was fun to go to the meetup last night and hear Johnathan and Mike talk, I definitely will be back next week. It is interesting to see how much more I need to learn and to answer the question, where should I spend my time. Thanks for helping me answer that question.
