Wednesday Morning FIT (Friends In Training): Wake up. Work out. Done!

This is a core strength workout. We do bootcamp-style exercisesdeck of cards workouts, or just simply pushups and situps for thirty minutes straight. Can you hang the whole time? Half the fun is just seeing how long you can last! This is an awesome way to rock your body and we are always done at 7:00 am.

Question: Don't you look ridiculous working out in the middle of Union Square? 
AnswerYes. And we love it! We pump up the volume on the boombox and just do a bunch of pushups and situps.

We welcome all fitness levels! Even if you have not worked out in years we want you to join us. Working out with people in a group setting is way better than trying to do this all on your own. EVERYBODY IS WELCOME!

We meet on the south side of Union Square near 14th Street. We will be there by 6:25 to meet, chat, etc. If you show up late just jump right in and get to work.

Question: What if it is raining? 
AnswerDoesn't matter! We will be there rain, shine, sleet, snow, ice. Whatever!
