Fit Flash Mob: Core Body Workout

Wake up. Work out. Done!

This is a core strength workout. We do bootcamp-style exercises, deck of cards workouts, or just simply pushups and situps for thirty minutes straight. Can you hang the whole time? Half the fun is just seeing how long you can last! This is an awesome way to rock your body get fit fast.

We welcome all fitness levels! Even if you have not worked out in years we want you to join us. Working out with people in a group setting is better than trying to do this all on your own. EVERYBODY IS WELCOME!
