RIGHT
1. Publicity (you would not believe how many people told ME about the expo;>)
2. Timing - no rain, starting at noon gives time to setup
3. Nice quotes in the press - Expo is there to inspire kids!
4.
5.

WRONG
1. Need more interactive vendors for the kids
2. Scheduling in November, hard to get FIRST robots down, especially FLL (they compete in November)
3. Weekends planning sessions need to be more focused. Too much time talking, not enough time working.
4.
5.

SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS
1. More space, I'm warming to the idea of having a live competition there
2. If scheduled at end of October, I can have a FLL scrimmage at the event.
3. More people on the planning committee (sorry I missed so many!)
4.
5.

Please complete this sentence: The best part of the expo was the PUBLICITY.

Can each of you give me your top FIVE list of expo things we did right, expo things we did wrong, and suggestions for improvement. Then answer the last question at the bottom.
