We are a group of women (and girls) who from many different backgrounds and cultures but having a common thread--we are interested in learning and preserving the old hand crafts and passing them on to all who want to learn. We will be doing knitting, crochet, painting, faux finishing, basket making, bread making, sewing, quilting, etc. We welcome everyone at any skill level or NO skill level. Our goal is to relax, share our thoughts, laugh and learn from our instructor and from each other. Most of all we want a place to slow down from the frenzied pace that most of us keep and reconnect with some wonderful skills of the past and bring them with us to the future.
