Wisconsin Aspergers Empowerment Pages

Asperger Syndrome affects many people in our community. This group has been created to offer support - through a community of individuals who work, live and know of individuals with AS. We are hoping through this community for our children to always have someone they can go to for support or assistance.
Some topics we have already brushed on are - housing, employment, social activities, and skill building. We will expand on each of these as we move through the years.

I am the mother of an 21 year old with AS. We are working through his adult years with the assistance of my support group (family, friends, WI Facets, Kradwell School, etc.) and would not be this far without their support. However, it is time to expand and share.

I have no magic answers - but together we can make a difference and change their world.
